This fan sheet is made of high quality aluminum and has to be attached at the original application points of the watercooler.

At first this con-rods got many times hardened to achieve an durability of HRC35-38. Finally they got shot-blasted to strenghen the surface density to the maximum.
Before all of our con-rods are 3D designed and finally CNC-milled, it's possible to simulate a lot of charge states and tensions.
The small-end-bearing is made of bronze, and is suited with an lubrication bore.
All our connecting rods are equipped with high-strength Pro-Series 14.9 screws ! These have a tensile strength of 1490N/mm^2. Furthermore, the threads are rolled which also increases the flank thickness by 30%.

This highquality con-rods are made of 4340 steel (40CrNiMoA). Con-rods with the I-shank are the strongest and most resistant rods at all. That's why these I-shank rods also get used by US-Dragster and Formula 1 Racecars. The structural analysis of the I-shank shows, that it can absorb the most axial section modulus without deforming. They're perfectly suited for high-power engines.

The special thing about this "Pro"-Version is, that it is suited with an oil rise bore. This oil rise bore provides the piston pin with fresh oil. This set replaces the original main bearing bolts with high-strength Pro-Series 18.8 studs. In case of high performance increases this is necessary as the original main flange bolts "lengthen". The Pro-Series 18.8 stud bolts with a tensile strength of 1850 N/mm² provide a remedy. In addition, these studs do not have to be replaced after disassembly but can be reused.

The Pro-Series 18.8 sets are high-strength studs made in Germany. A special steel is used which has a tensile strength of 1850 N/mm² after quenching and tempering. All threads are formed and not cut as usual. Through the so-called "rolling" of threads, the strength of the tooth flanks can be increased by approx. 30%. All Pro-Series products are supplied with a nickel coating and are therefore protected against long-term corrosion even under the toughest conditions. Pro-Series studs have a hexagon socket drive at the head to screw in the studs. Due to a cone on the engine block side of the bolt, when tightening the nuts they are not supported on the thread flanks but in the bore of the thread in the engine block. This support protects the threads during frequent assembly of racing engines. A big advantage of Pro-Series compared to other manufacturers are the nuts and washers included in the set because they also have a tensile strength of 1850 N/mm².
With this kit the oem cylinder head screws are replaced by high-strength Pro-Series 18.8 studs. This is necessary for high performance applications were the oem cylinder head bolts can "lengthen" during operation and the cylinder head can "lift off". With a tensile strength of 1850 N/mm² the Pro-Series 18.8 studs provide an improovement. Furthermore, these studs do not have to be replaced after dismantling but can still be used.
