These exhaust elbows are needed, if you want to equip your engine with an new turbocharger.
This casting elbow union is equipped with an 4 to 1 pipe guide and is made of cast iron.
To this elbow union it's possible to mount an T25 turbocharger.
The elbow union is poured out of a high temperature-firm material.
This casting is used also with exhaust housings of turbochargers.
After pouring the elbow union became heat treated around to solve internal spannings in the material and prevent cracking.
Subsequently, all sealing surfaces were planned and all threads were cut.
The elbow union can be installed directly, it is no remachining necessary.
You get a suitable T25 metallic seal also in addition.
With this elbow union up to 400hp can be realized.
