Redemption
Gift vouchers can only be redeemed on our website. Gift vouchers can only be redeemed as credit for a regular order. To do this, the corresponding voucher code must be entered under the "Shopping cart" view and the "Redeem voucher" button pressed. If the voucher value is not sufficient for your purchase, you can pay the difference using another payment method available in our online shop. Likewise, several gift vouchers can be redeemed in addition within one order if they are available and the shopping cart total is not yet covered.
Partial redemption
Partial redemption of this gift voucher is possible. Any remaining credit can then be redeemed on a subsequent order using the same voucher code.
ordering the voucher
Ordering a gift voucher is like a regular order in the online shop. As the PDF of the voucher is automatically sent by email after payment has been received, there are no shipping costs. A subsequent cancellation of the voucher order can only be made by our customer service if the voucher has not yet been redeemed or created.
Delivery of the voucher (email/PDF)
After ordering a gift voucher, you will receive an email with the payment confirmation once the money has been received in our bank account. You will receive a PDF template with the voucher amount and voucher code attached. The gift voucher contains a one-time generated voucher code, which the recipient then simply enters in the shopping cart when ordering on our website (see "redemption"). The voucher amount is then immediately deducted from the invoice amount.
Restrictions
TRC gift vouchers are purely online vouchers and can only be redeemed for orders in our web shop. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for the purchase of further gift vouchers. Cash payments of gift vouchers or (remaining) gift voucher credit are not possible. Topping up or offsetting against outstanding claims is also not possible. The resale of gift vouchers is not permitted.
Liability and risk of loss
TRC assumes no liability for spelling errors in the voucher recipient's email. TRC also assumes no liability for loss, theft, misuse or delayed delivery of the gift voucher (e.g. due to technical difficulties).
In the event of fraud
, attempted deception or suspicion of other illegal activities in connection with a gift voucher purchase or voucher redemption, we are entitled to close the relevant customer accounts and/or request an alternative payment method. There is no entitlement to activation or payment of affected vouchers.
