SACHS Performance Organic Clutch Disc Toyota GR Yaris
Performance clutch disc differences to OE: higher transmittable torque, higher burst number of revolutions, start performance similar to OE, effortless exchange with OE clutches. Typical applications include: application field of dual mass flywheels, chip tuning, turbocharger and supercharger modifications, towing trailers, commercial vehicle, snowremoval vehicle, passenger car: emergency service, driving school, taxi, vehicles with maximum gross vehicle weight and according to high load (construction-site vehicles, towing service, campers, ambulance cars, etc.), 1/4 mile-race, race circuit (endurance race, clubsport, autocross), hill climbing (e.g. group N), rally, slalom, drift racing
A reinforced clutch cover has fundamental advantages against an OE clutch cover, such as a higher transmittable torque and higher resistance against thrust. It also allows for faster and sportier gearshifts. That makes it extremely useful for street tuning, endurance races, hill climbing (group N) and for vehicles that are often driven with their maximum gross vehicle weight (construction-site vehicles, ambulances, courier services such as UPS, TNT; DHL, etc.). Both rigid and torsion damper clutch discs are available. Clutch discs with torsion springs function as a vibration damper between engine and gearbox. Due to reinforced clutch components the pedal force can increase and the modulation range can be reduced. Additional clutch and gear noises can appear.

Clutch Type : rigid clutch disc with organic surfaces
SACHS Performance offers torsion-damped and rigid disks with an organic lining. Compared to volume-production clutches, torsion-damped and rigid disks feature higher-quality linings. The torsional damper has a higher stop position and functions as a shock absorber between the engine and transmission.
Fields of application:
- Chip tuning
- Turbocharger and supercharger conversions
- Vehicles with maximum payload and / or subject to high stress (e.g., towing service, ambulances, snowplows, commercial vehicles, driving school vehicles and taxis)
- ¼ mile races
- Circular tracks such as endurance racing, club sports, autocross
- Rally, racing slaloms and drifting
